While living in Vietnam, we learnt from the Roast Masters themselves , and then trialled / tweaked our blend so as to be able to also use in Espresso machines in Australia.
Many Vietnamese styled coffees use cheaper beans and just fill with oils and flavourings. We focus on the best beans available and blending from different farms to achieve rich flavours.
Can be used in machine or drip filter or pour over. Hot or cold drinks .
