- Organically grown Robusta which has undergone a 12-day anaerobic fermentation. Similar process to the Vietnam Cherry we sell, but with quite different flavours and notes.
Expect something quite different from your average coffee. This unique process creates wine-like characteristics and a complexity rarely found in traditional Robusta.
Think more of a “coffee wine” than anything you’d find in your average flat white.
We were fortunate to secure the last 30kg bag available from Sydney and are very eager for our fellow Robusta Coffee lovers to try.
