Introducing our Fine Gia Lai Robusta beans, supplied by Miss Chau .
Miss Chau comes from a family that's been in the coffee industry for more than 35 years. Chau specifically has chosen these raw beans to import into Australia because of the excellent quality in the cup, and because of the low presence of pesticides in the beans.
Besides importing coffee , Chau works as a medical scientist, so chemicals and their effects on the body are things that she takes very seriously.
We are very happy to cooperate with someone who not only loves coffee, but is also passionate about good health

This Low Acidity coffee is a Very different taste to Arabica Beans. Recommended with a little sweetening or with Ice. You may even like to try pour over and drip filter rather than machine, to draw out some of the finer notes.
Also suits alternative milks such as almond and oat.
Taste Notes : Strong Mocha, Smokey Walnut, Pine
