Origin: East Timor

 Still harvested traditionally in the mountains by hand, not machine . Their livelihood depends on the quality of the crop, so great care is taken to produce the best cherries. 

Weve been testing and enjoying a new origin - our first bean from Timor Leste . We'd love your feedback and thoughts on this compared to the Vietnamese Robusta. Weve been enjoying latte style with barista almond milk.  Please let us know what you discover !
